Thank you all for your Christmas orders, its been completely bonkers and very busy which is excellent. Our reputation seems to be spreading and we will be in a major publication in jan, will let you know more about it nearer the time. Two photo shoots later and alittle text - I could get used to it!!
We have put a deposit on some White Park cattle (steers) which is fantastic, I will pick them up early jan. The pigs are looking good for delivery in jan too, some old spots and middle whites, their diet will be apples mainly as they will live in the orchard.
Our ever increasing Longhorn herd is taking up alot of time lately. they are beautiful creatures.

The feed back Im getting from you all about the taste and tenderness is brilliant and makes me more determined to create a large nucleus of longhorns - they definitely are NOT American longhorns, I understand someone was confused about that point, they are PEDIGREE ENGLISH longhorns. The history of both are very different, the website should tell you alot or give me a ring and I will fill you in.
I will, fingers crossed have some Dexter meat in jan, I will of course keep you updated.
